Notification issued 3/13/17 at 7:45 PM. Due to the impending winter storm, the following mass transit disruptions have been announced: • MTA subway express service will be suspended citywide after tonight’s evening rush hour. • MTA above-ground subway service will be suspended citywide beginning at 4:00 AM tomorrow, 3/14.
